5 stars across the board, this BYOB gem in the heart of Oakland really offers one of the best dining experiences one can receive. Food always comes out well prepared and tasty for certain. I will mention the service is likely in room for improvement. The staff needs to learn to be slightly more attentive, this place has great pizza, pasta dishes, and the specials are fabulous. Always a go to while in town.

Cafe L'Amore is THE Italian restaurant in Oakland. They consistently revise the menu and only serve the best quality food. Be sure to ask for the big pita bread, you won't regret it. Mike and Mark are the best, they are so kind and they really make you feel like family. Great for lunch or dinner, and the catering is phenomenal. Highly recommended!!
